9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the site and services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located within our primary jurisdiction.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The seat of arbitration shall be determined by Turnexedic at the time of the dispute. The language of the proceedings shall be English.
10. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue all or part of our services without notice at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the site or services.
11. Term and Termination
